For secure portals, payment workflows, multi-step customer systems, and larger internal tools. Every project is scoped around the business’s actual needs.

Both plans are optional and available for systems built by PBA.
Landing Page Care
$80/month
For simple static or brochure-style sites. Includes routine platform or dependency updates where applicable, basic form and link checks, and up to 15 minutes per month of small text or image edits. New pages, redesigns, custom features, third-party costs, and larger changes are quoted separately.
System Care
$250/month
For websites with forms, workflows, integrations, portals, or business systems. Includes a monthly check-in, monitoring and routine maintenance as appropriate, form/workflow/integration health checks, minor content or configuration updates, and up to 30 minutes per month of small support requests. Hosting, software licenses, payment-processing fees, and additional work are quoted separately.
Both plans are optional and billed monthly in advance. Care plans continue until canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
Projects are scoped and priced clearly before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Client-owned domains and core business accounts are the default. PBA may receive the access needed to build and support the site, while the client retains ownership.

For one-time projects, payment is due at approval. Once approval and payment are complete, PBA schedules kickoff.

PBA builds the agreed solution, shares progress as appropriate, and delivers it for review.

You receive the completed work and relevant access or documentation. Ongoing care is available when it is useful.
