Practical answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about PBA projects, pricing, support, ownership, and what to expect.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Palmetto Business Automation works with small service businesses, local organizations, nonprofits, and teams that need a better way to manage customer requests, reporting, payments, information, or recurring work.

Do I need a custom app or just a website?

Not always. PBA starts with the simplest practical solution. Sometimes that is a clear landing page or service-request form. Other times it is a connected workflow, dashboard, customer portal, or custom business system.

How much does a project cost?

Small Business Fixes start at $500. Simple Landing Pages start at $800. Workflow Setups start at $1,000. Websites with lead workflows start at $1,500. Larger systems receive a clear written proposal based on the work involved.

Do you offer monthly support?

Yes. Landing Page Care is available for $80 per month, and System Care for custom workflows and business systems is available for $250 per month. Both plans are optional. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Will I own my website and accounts?

Yes. Your business should retain ownership of its domain and core business accounts. PBA receives the access needed to build and support the system, but your business remains in control.

Can you connect payments to my website?

Yes. PBA can build practical payment and intake workflows, including Stripe payment links and payment-status tracking. Payment-processing fees and accounting or tax decisions remain with the business and its qualified professionals.

What do I need to provide for Stripe, QuickBooks, or other integrations?

Some integrations require information, account access, approvals, or verification steps from your business. For example, Stripe may require business and bank-account verification, while QuickBooks or another platform may require an authorized administrator to connect or approve access.

PBA will tell you exactly what is needed, provide clear step-by-step instructions, and use secure access methods whenever possible. Please do not send passwords by email or text.

Project timing can depend on how quickly required information, approvals, and third-party account setup are completed. If a platform’s review, verification, or approval process causes a delay, PBA will keep you informed and adjust the project timeline as needed.

Can you help me get found on Google?

PBA builds search-ready website foundations, including clear page structure, metadata, sitemap setup, and launch checks. PBA does not currently offer full ongoing SEO campaigns or guarantee search rankings.

What happens after the discovery call?

You receive a clear recommendation and scope. Before work begins, the project, price, responsibilities, and next steps are documented.

How long will my project take?

A simple landing page or focused improvement can move quickly once content and access are ready. Larger workflows, portals, and custom systems receive a project-specific timeline based on scope.

Do I have to be technical?

No. The goal is to make the work easier for you and your team, not give you another complicated system to manage.
